Being a Community That Cares
Presence took root in action as people from various churches, alongside the Higher Education Department (HED) community came together for the Diocesan Celebration of the 2026 Season of Creation on October 3, at the Rendu Cultural Center and Gymnasium.
Welcoming participants from the Walk for Creation, Cordians, Lay Mission Partners (LaMPs), and faculty members gathered in solidarity before taking part in the morningโs pep talk, โBeyond the Immersion in the Living Water,โ as well as the Holy Mass that followed.
Caring for our common home begins with a community that willingly acts, listens, and prays together. For those present, this was an eye-opener; that creation is not simply something we inherit, but something we are meant to care for.
