Sacred Heart College has initiated its Holy Week observance through two significant religious activities: the “Pabasa ng Pasyon” and the Living Way of the Cross. These events, held over the past two days, March 25-26, saw active participation from both junior and senior high school students, as well as the school personnel.

The “Pabasa Ng Pasyon,” a longstanding Filipino Catholic tradition involving the chanting of the life, sufferings, and death of Jesus Christ, was conducted on the first day. This was followed by the Living Way of the Cross, a reenactment of the Passion of Christ, on the subsequent day. These activities are designed to deepen the participants’ understanding and reflection on the significance of Holy Week.

Sacred Heart College aims to instill religious values and traditions among its students and staff through these observances, reinforcing the importance of Holy Week in the Christian faith.
